URGENTLY seeking 2 Bedroomed flat/cottage in Grahamstown, Eastern Cape for sale

I am desperately looking for an affordable 2 bedroomed flat to rent LONG-TERM in Grahamstown. I have been looking EVERY day for the last nine months, but all the accommodation seems to be priced per room, and at the student market.
I am a single mother living on one salary and cannot afford much more than R 3000 per month (excluding L&W) ? I realize that this is not much with regards to Grahamstown rentals but I am hoping for a miracle!
I can pay a full deposit immediately, I can move in immediately, and I can give excellent references for my previous accommodation. I am a staff member at Rhodes University (for those that would prefer non-student tenants), I do not have pets and will not be needing any furniture.
